Saturday, July 6 — Time Trial in a Race Weekend at Blackhawk Farms (Firecracker Bonneau TT) – check-in begins at 8 AM, on-track in between the road racing groups

• This event is a time trial for ADVANCED DRIVERS in STREET CARS ONLY as part of the race weekend put on by our friends in the Milwaukee Region.  The Chicago Region will be putting on two additional Time Trial in a Race Weekend events later this season:  the Fall Classic TT at Autobahn in September, and the Fall Sprints TT at Blackhawk in October.
• The TT run group is scheduled for three 20-minute sessions on track (one before lunch, one immediately after lunch, and one near the end of the day), though weather and on-track incidents sometimes force changes to the schedule.
• No race cars are permitted for this TT — drivers looking for shake-down laps or more seat time before the race weekend are encouraged to sign up for the BLACKHAWK TEST DAY offered by the track itself.
• Transponders are required for the Time Trial group and can be rented from us for $30.  If you have your own transponder, you’ll be able to register it when you sign up.
• Check-in will be open from 8 to 10 AM, followed immediately by the mandatory drivers’ meeting at 10:15 AM.  Please remember that entry to the infield is closed when cars are on track — leave extra time to get from registration to the paddock!
• MSR resumés will be reviewed, and drivers without sufficient experience will be politely declined.  Your credit card will not be charged.

Saturday, July 27 — Track Event and Time Trial #4 at Autobahn North Track — on-track activities begin at 5:15 PM, check-in opens at 2PM

• This event features three run groups (Time Trial, combined intermediate/advanced, and novice).
• Each run group plans three 20-minute sessions on track plus a classroom session, and there is an additional lead-follow pace lap session for the novice group.
• No race cars, just a car that meets the tech requirements, a currently certified helmet (we have loaners, and Autobahn typically offers rentals for a nominal fee), and an SCCA weekend or annual membership needed.
• Transponders are required for the Time Trial group but can be rented from us for $30.  If you have your own transponder, you’ll be able to register it when you sign up.
• All participants are invited to stick around after the event for bench racing and FREE PIZZA before driving home.
• Check-in opens at 2 PM, the mandatory drivers’ meetings begin at 4:30 PM, and track activities are scheduled to begin at 5:15 PM.
